Everything you need to know about composting with Go Comp Go.
What can I compost?
All your food scraps — fruit & veggie peels, coffee grounds & filters, eggshells, bread, and even paper towels & pizza boxes. We send a simple fridge guide so the whole household knows what goes in.
When is my pickup?
You get a set weekly pickup day. Just leave your bin at the curb by 7am and we take care of the rest — returning it freshly cleaned for the next week.
Do I need my own bin?
Nope. Your membership includes a kitchen caddy and an outdoor bin, and you choose your kitchen-caddy style when you sign up.
Can I pause or cancel?
Anytime. Cancel from your member portal and your pickups continue through the end of your billing period; any add-ons end along with your membership. Going on vacation? Write to support and we'll hold your pickups. No long-term contracts, ever.
Can I add extras to my plan?
Yes — from the shop in your member portal, any time. Any member can add up to three extra compost buckets. Premium includes monthly cleaning of your garbage bin, and Premium members can add up to three extra bins to be cleaned at the same visit. Add-ons bill monthly with your membership.
Do you serve my area?
We serve Westchester County, New York. Enter your address when you get started and we’ll confirm in seconds.
What happens to my scraps?
They’re composted locally instead of heading to a landfill, where rotting food releases methane. Composting turns them into rich, living soil.
